Account Deletion

This page is the public account deletion resource for TutorMini. If you still have access to the app, use the in-app deletion flow. If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email on this page.

If you can still sign in, the fastest way to delete your account is inside TutorMini:

Profile > Account > Delete Account

After you confirm deletion in the app, your TutorMini account is removed from active systems and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your TutorMini account at [email protected].

Please include:

• The email address used for your TutorMini account
• A clear statement that you want to delete your account
• Your sign-in method if relevant, such as Apple or Google
• Any details that help us verify the request if you no longer have account access

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing an email-based deletion request. This helps protect users from unauthorized deletion requests.

When your deletion request is completed, we delete your TutorMini account from active systems, including associated data such as:

• Profile information, settings, and account identifiers
• Sign-in connections associated with your TutorMini account
• Practice history, answers, wrong-question records, bookmarks, and progress data
• Comments, replies, likes, and related community activity tied to your account
• Active sessions and verification records associated with your account

We may retain limited information for a reasonable period when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery.

If retention is required, we keep only the minimum information necessary for those purposes and do not continue to use it for normal product features.

In-app deletion requests are submitted immediately when you confirm the deletion flow.

For email-based requests, we process deletion after we verify the request and typically complete it within 30 days.
